As the Chief of Operations, I lead the administrative, events, sponsorship, and accounting teams for the Women's Professional Rodeo Association. This included the National Finals Breakaway Roping and the WPRA World Finals.

As the Chief of Operations at the Women's Professional Rodeo Association, I lead the organization in the planning and production of the 2025 National Finals Breakaway Roping (NFBR) in Fort Worth, Texas. After unforeseen circumstances due to EHV-1 equine virus, the WPRA team had 3 weeks to secure and plan a new venue. We made lemonade out of lemons and turned an unfortunate situation into the largest sold out NFBR in it's history.
